Cancellation and Refunds

Try it first

Every company gets one 30-day free trial on one site, with no payment details needed. You're never charged during the trial.

Monthly or yearly

  • Monthly plans are billed each month and renew automatically on the same day each month.
  • Yearly plans are billed once a year, in advance, with one month free, and renew automatically on the same date each year.

Cancel anytime

An administrator can cancel from Plan and billing in PraxysEHS CM. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for: the end of that month on a monthly plan, or the end of that year on a yearly plan. Your lobby tablets keep signing people in until then.

No refunds

Because every plan starts with a free trial, payments are non-refundable, including for unused time in a month or year. We'll give a refund where the law requires one. If something has gone wrong, contact us at support@praxysehs.com and we'll look at it.

Changing sites

  • Adding a site charges the added cost for the rest of your current month or year.
  • Removing a site credits the unused amount toward your next renewal, rather than refunding it.

Public record check add-on

The $300 add-on is billed yearly, even on a monthly plan. Turning it off keeps it working until the end of the year you've paid for. It isn't refunded.

Switching between monthly and yearly

Switching takes effect at your next renewal. Until then, your current plan keeps running as paid.

After a plan ends

Your records don't disappear. For 12 months your team can still sign in, see records and download them, and choosing a plan again restores full access. Your lobby tablets stop signing people in and show your front office number. After 12 months, the data is deleted, with the date shown at least 60 days before. Sign-ins, inductions, briefings and training card checks are kept read-only for five years after the plan ends.

Contractors

Contractors never pay, so there's nothing to cancel or refund. They can close their account at any time.
